"The hotel we booked this time is a century-old building near Harbin Station, making it very convenient for commuting by subway. This two-story building, once the hotel of the Middle East Railway Bureau, may seem unassuming from the outside, but it's truly remarkable. The interior features classic Russian architecture, with antique revolving doors and a spacious staircase, solid wood wall panels in the hallways and rooms, a high vaulted ceiling in the restaurant, and an old fireplace in the lobby—everything reflects its former glory. I absolutely loved it!
The service was warm and attentive, the room was well-equipped, and the breakfast was a set meal. It was clean, simple, and adequate, and it was a great value for money."

"The hotel's location is great, but the main entrance is right at a crossroads, so you have to turn left and go about ten meters to hail a taxi. The facilities are average; the sink faucet is too close to the edge of the basin, making it easy to hit your hands on the side when washing your face, and water tends to splash onto the countertop. However, the hotel's service is outstanding and meticulous. During check-in, they proactively offered two cups of hot tea, and every time I encountered staff, they were polite and genuinely sincere, not just going through the motions. When I was leaving by taxi, the doorman actively helped me track its arrival, precisely ensuring I wouldn't wait even ten extra seconds in the cold. 👍"

"I decided to stay here for my Harbin trip after checking out reviews beforehand. When I arrived, I noticed it was down a small alley, which initially made me a bit apprehensive. However, once inside, I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel completely renovated. There were even two adorable kittens at the entrance! The room features brand-new, smart amenities, which I found very satisfying. This place offers excellent value for money, especially with the incredibly comfortable pillows and mattresses – I slept wonderfully! The soundproofing was also superb. My only minor disappointment is the lack of a laundry room and restaurant, but I'm still very happy with my stay. It's perfectly located, just a few hundred meters' walk from St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, and the subway station is only 300 meters away. There's also a local market nearby, making it super convenient for food, fun, and getting around! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin."

"Overall, it was a good experience, especially the location! Location!! Location!!! It's so important, I have to say it three times! I personally think this hotel is the closest to Central Street (right across the street from the entrance!!) and it's also a relatively high-end hotel with good facilities. The value for money is also excellent! Although the hotel looks a bit dated and the front desk feels a bit cheap (not grand enough, and usually only two staff members), you can't beat its fantastic location! Central Street is just downstairs, right across the road. I highly recommend staying in the rooms directly facing the elevator on each floor! You get a panoramic view of Central Street, and you can see all the real-time crowds. You can also catch some of the night view, which is really beautiful!
The room is a little narrow, and even the family room isn't particularly spacious, but it's adequate. If you open three suitcases at once, they'll pretty much fill the room. They provide Nongfu Spring bottled water, but the water available for free pickup near the elevator isn't – it seems to be the kind that costs 1 RMB a bottle. This might be due to cost considerations, but it doesn't offer a great experience; you definitely have to boil it before drinking. However, I would definitely choose this place again next time I come to Harbin. There's also a night market nearby with great food and shopping, and St. Sophia Cathedral is just a few hundred meters' walk away, which is very convenient!"

"This hotel is amazing - location is perfect for both railway and metro plus lots of great shops and restaurants around it.
I used the free shuttle and it was seamless - so well organised !
Then my brother needed extra room last minute and amazingly they got him one even though he arrived very late

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! There's a friendly porter at the entrance who helps with luggage and always greets you warmly when you come and go. All the staff are incredibly enthusiastic and provide excellent service. Besides the fixed set menu and buffet breakfast, the hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea and a free late-night snack every day, which is a really thoughtful touch. I absolutely loved the chocolate chip cookies; I asked the staff, and they told me they were made by their own pastry chef. They even packed a box for me to take away. The room was very cozy and clean, and the service and environment are just as good as any star-rated hotel. The location is also superb; turn left, then right, and walk about 200 meters, and you'll reach the Hongzhuan Morning Market. Turn right and walk 200 meters, and you're on Central Street. There are also many great food options right outside the hotel. I truly can't recommend this place enough. I feel so lucky to have booked such a satisfying hotel. If I get the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely choose this place. 👍"

"I had a really great time at this hotel recently. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the environment and service. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to attractions and business districts. The room is spacious and bright, with beautifully furnished furniture, making you feel comfortable. The bedding and toiletries are of high quality, which made me feel like home.
The hotel's service staff are friendly and helpful, and are available to help anytime and anywhere. They also send me blessings on special holidays, which makes me feel warmer. The hotel also provides a sumptuous breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicacies that will leave you with endless aftertaste.
In addition, the hotel also provides facilities such as a free gym and swimming pool, allowing us to fully relax and unwind after a busy day. "I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed at the Happy Slow Living Hotel for my business trip! "Traveling with my parents, we booked a family room. The room, while compact, was well-equipped and very clean. Breakfast was decent, and they even offered douhua (sweet tofu pudding), which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is a huge advantage. It's incredibly close to Central Street, just a 2-3 minute walk away. It's also conveniently located near the Hongzhuan Street Morning Market, about a 5-6 minute stroll. This market was bustling with activity, and it looked like many tourists were enjoying their breakfast there."

"This hotel far exceeded my expectations after checking in. It was clean, tidy, and the service was excellent. They even provide a Dyson hairdryer, and the shower pressure is fantastic – perfect for warming up after a snowy day in Harbin. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, and a pleasant stroll to the riverside. It's also very close to the train station. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; not only did they give me a complimentary room upgrade, but they also provided hand warmers. Plus, there was an ample supply of bottled water. Thumbs up! 👍"

The location is superb, just 100 meters from Central Street, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle.
This boutique hotel, converted from an office building, boasts a classic and opulent Baroque style. It's small but exquisite.
The room is compact but sufficient. The bedding and toiletries are of excellent quality, and the facilities are new and well-designed.
The housekeeping service is thorough, with meticulous cleaning performed daily after we've gone out.
The front desk staff are attractive, provide attentive service, and are very welcoming. The restaurant staff are also very accommodating, clearing tables promptly.
Breakfast is plentiful, but the quality could be improved. The fruit and ample drinking water delivered every afternoon are a generous touch, provided on demand. The small parting gift upon check-out is also thoughtful. The afternoon tea selection, especially the beverages, needs more variety.
After a four-night stay, we rested very well and had a great time.

The Yabuli Sun Resort was very conveniently located to the ski slopes and the hotel has the ski/snowboard rental equipment facilities at Level 1. There are also ski/snowboard classes (additional costs apply). I tried the beginner 2 hours snowboard class and it was very effective, I managed to snowboard down the baby slope. The slopes are just 5 mins away from the hotel and we can see the slopes from my hotel room. The room is also very spacious and clean. The food options are abit limited tho there is a Haidilao within the resort. However, you can opt for food delivery or get the restaurants to pick you up from the hotels. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

NNikitnI booked another Four Seasons Hotel in Huizhi not long ago, and this one is much better. It is clean, bright, the service is more considerate, and the price is more cost-effective. It is not far from the Harbin-Xi'an high-speed railway, which is suitable for southerners.

LLunvFirst off, I have to praise the location! I was a bit worried it might be inconvenient when I first booked, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. You just walk out the door, turn right, and Central Avenue is just a few steps away, practically next door. It's so convenient to just pop out for a walk whenever you feel like it, and then head back to the hotel when you're tired. Plus, you can easily hail a taxi right outside the door!
The environment feels very clean, and the heating was super comfortable.
Hope to come again sometime!

GGuest UserHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible. Breakfast was quite rich, with fruit, dairy products, pastries, and both hot and cold dishes available.

MM243909****The rooms are full of authentic Northeastern Chinese character. The owner and their family were incredibly kind, and the food served at their own restaurant was delicious. In the evening, there was even a Tanghulu-making activity. The dining hall features a large *kang* (traditional heated bed) and various items that allow you to experience authentic Northeastern daily life. The children staying at the hotel had a wonderful time playing together, and all the guests also gathered in the dining room, happily chatting with the owner and their family. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and personal. It was my child's favorite hotel of the entire trip.

The Xiyue Hotel was undoubtedly the highlight, truly living up to its name and bringing us much joy. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable. Its location is superb, being just about a ten-minute walk from all the main attractions. The self-service laundry room was a great convenience, helping to refresh our travel-worn clothes. The electric massage beds provided much-needed relaxation for our weary bodies after a day of sightseeing. The housekeeping staff were attentive and genuinely warm, ensuring we returned each day from our excursions to a spotless and tidy room.

The room was very spacious and clean, with good quality facilities and amenities, including children's toothbrushes and slippers. The front desk service was excellent and very patient. The only downside is that the ground floor, which houses many shops (bakery, drink shop, and the cable car entrance where people queue), is very noisy. You can hear the cable car from the room, but it didn't disrupt my sleep. The natural light wasn't great, making the room a bit dark, but given the convenient location, it's still excellent value for money. The price for this quality was a pleasant surprise!

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.
